255 characters are not enough to describe issues with hotel service and front staff. If you tell them regarding issues that you and your family are facing then they wont even serve you water. Putting welcome Red Dot on Guest forehead is not hospitality.

Excellent hospitality. We received a warm welcome from the staff they were polite ,attentive and always had a smile. Excellent Head Chef and restaurant staff serving delicious food and customer service. Big Thank you Chef for making kichdi for child.

Checkin and check out experience, Morning breakfast buffet etc., are very good

They offer a 1 way complementary ride from hotel to baan ganga gate. The driver needlessly took me to a shop nearby to buy some offerings for Mata Devi for his commission. We book reputed hotels to avoid this kind of experience. Nevertheless it happens

The stop was very much arrogant and stick to its way of working they were not flexible at all I lost lot of money in the hotel which is not possible now to recover but I tell booking.com to look into the matter and shorted out because I have been travelling with booking.com from last so many years this hotel I literally miss you the name and the life style of Ramada

I would always like to raise the consent about cllaiming my half of the money back the services the rudeness the behaviour the cleanliness and after the check out is done sending the bills which has to weak paid when I had already done the check out and left the hotel then they are telling me the thera payment which is pending in which is not the right way of process

Location , food choices

The location is good and approachable to the main city Centre. It has a good scenic view from the terrace.

WIFI facilities were poor, the rooms had wear and tear and were not well maintained. Air conditioning was locked to Heat mode. For guests there was no option to change the setting.

Feel like being cheated.

As asvised to pay to hotel directly we did the same and they said payment is not processed and once again they made us pay. While leaving they confirmed we will get our one payment back which we paid extra but till date there is no update. Is the hotel booking.com suggest??? Can you come in the matter and help us get our refund back please?

Staff were kind , helpful and cheerful Offered us early check in facility and free drop off to Vaisnov Devi pilgrimage site for registration ! Thinking of convienance of guests is well appreciated

Property is clean and well maintained. Location is also nice.

Staff can be bit more accountable, I had to ask few things few times. Issues seems to be in handover between the shifts.

The swimming pool was so dirty even after complaining the staff did not clean it. For 3 days it was the same then we left the property.

Excellent location. Very polite staff from the front desk to drivers. They made our stay very comfortable and guided us so well about Mata Vaishno Devi treck.They got us packed breakfast early in the morning for the treck.

A little expensive but the facilties are of top class.

Good location and close to the railway station if you are using a train to reach katra

If you book a room with the mountain view, you will get a room that onlooks into another room window, not even street view and if you complain then the staff tell you it's a booking.com glitch and raise it with them. According to hotell staff, when someone books a room with the mountain view through booking.com, the hotel only see what bed preference they picked.P.S Hotel offers a heli ride but please be aware of price inflation at the shop the driver will stop to buy offering.

Breakfast is very good. There is live kitchen. Staff are very friendly and polite.

The property location is fantastic as it is a walkable distance to the Katra market. They provided pick up and drop to the entry point to Ma Vaishnovdevi. Room view of the trikuta mountain was mesmerising. Staff were kind and helpful but never proactive, which was a bit disappointing. Things had to be told or asked for. Food was a big letdown, especially the buffet where a food item would take forever to be replaced once finished in the serving dishes. The staff had to be asked to check why the food has still not been refilled. On one occasion, i waited for the starters to be refilled, which never came. After asking thrice, then the starter was still not refilled but got separately for me, but only after our dinner was done. So overall experience was below expectation for a 4 star rating hotel. Even room cleanup the staff bang on your door to wake you up to ask if room needs to be cleaned, this was a very big let down especially when you have come back from the yatra of 30 kms walk whole night climbing up and then walking down and were in deep sleep to have someone knock your door in the morning. So property is good, location good but service needs lot of upgrade.

The property was lovely, and the staff were both helpful and friendly. Their best service was packing and providing us with breakfast at 4am, before starting for Mata Vaishno Devi journey, as we would have otherwise missed our scheduled morning breakfast.

Hygienic- prime location and luxury.

Yummy food with lots of variety in buffet.

Hotel staff were really polite and courteous especially Nisha and Vishali.
